    Hey Guys, I've been hanging for a month now. I'm up to 10lbs in 2x30min sessions per day. Usually done 5 times a week. My question is should I
    -Increase the sets from2 to 3,4,5 per day?
    -Keep the sets to two but increase the time from 30 mins?
    -Increase the weights?

    What should I work towards?

    well first have you seen any gains? you probably should be seeing something soon... 10lbs is alot for your first month so maybe keep it at that for a bit longer, however, from what i read, 20min 3x a day is optimal for deformation, so add another set rather... or keep your 2x30 and just add a manual stretch session.

    lol, no I was doing some jelqing and stretching beforehand. I moved from 2.5 to 5 lbs rather quickly, 5 to 7.5 took a couple of weeks and now finally to 10 lbs. I have to really warm off well before becasaue there is no way I could hand that cold turkey. I'm thinking of sticking to 10 lbs and increasing duration

    I moved up to 10lbs in a few weeks, didn't feel like too much weight to me.
