extender! MODS and ADMIN help please lol

hi guys! I have been doing JP's 90 program for almost 2 months now. I will get my pro extender tomorrow and I have no idea how to use it. I have been searching for an article or guides on using but only found thread discussions which causes my confusion. I am planning to incorporate both JP90 and extender in my program.

I have complete privacy and all the time I want...

1. If my flaccid is 3 and my erect is 4.5 to 5' what is the length needed for the extender to work?

2. Is it better that I use extender right after my JP or on separate days?

3. Is there a manual on this site about extenders?

4. How long should I put the extender on per day? average?

I would use the extender on separate days, but just make sure you listen to your pee pee and rest when needed. Dont over do it.
