    Is it alright to let the weight hang off the bed while laying down and just let it stretch it to the right, then flip and do the left?

    Or do you have to hang straight down?

    Many people hang in various angles. Have you read any of the threads on hanging in the forums. You may want to do a beginner routine and get conditioned before you even consider hanging. I am not saying you havent but there is no mention of prior PE and this is your first post so I have to treat this as if you havent.

    I have done the Beginner Routine, but I haven't read the Hanging 101 thread. Thanks for the info.!

    Yeah, I alternate sets sometimes. Straight down, then sitting with the weight over either leg to the side, standing. Want to do over the shoulder sometime, just haven't fiured out how yet.
