Hey guys havent posted on here in a while. Well I recently purchased an extender , Pro Extender to be exact for $45. It should be arriving any day. Jsut wondering if theres anything I need to know. I know you should use it for around 6 hours a day but i dont really know anything else. Like how much tension to start with, can you piss with it on.. and anything else that might be helpful. Thanks in advance
