Hey Guys,
Would it be better to add 1lb per week when hanging lets say on mondays. Or add 0.5lbs on Monday then another 0.5lbs on Thursday of each week for a smoother weight increase? What do most people do?

From what I have read, and from my experience the weight is not important. It is the fatigue your ligs and penis experience.
Last week 7.5lbs was feeling like nothing, so I increased the weight to 8.75lbs, and that 1.25 lbs really made the extra difference. My penis felt very fatigued by the end of the hanging session. My point is increase the weight, so that you feel like your penis is constantly strained, but not hurt.
I am too lazy go back and forth between different weights. But from what I have read, others change up their weights during their sessions as their penis feels more fatigued going lighter. It is more a function of what your penis can handle. If you are ready, go for a 1lb increase, if this feels a little too intense then switch to the 1/2 lb increase. Or if the 1/2 lb increase isn't enough, up it to the 1lb increase. Let your penis be your guide.Last edited by CaptainUnderpants; 08-09-2011 at 02:20 PM.

"Let your penis be your guide"...now that's funny. Every time I do that I end up in trouble! Seriously though, CaptianUnderpants is right. Watch your erection levels, if you start having trouble then you are working it too hard, back off for awhile and allow yourself to recover. This isn't a race so take your time. Everyone is different so you really can't always use someone else's program and get the same results they do. Find what works best for you and stick with it.
