    Why when im putting the hanger on I get a erection!?

    before u put ur hanger on, deep it in cold water for 10 minutes, then stretch for 5 minutes, then proceed to hanging. In case that dont work, i suggest u masturbate to relax the tissue.

      Haha, I had that problem for the first couple weeks.. either rub one out lol, or drop and do some push ups, crunches , any kinda of workout to get your blood flowing and concentration on something else.
