The foam comfort pad came off my Bathmate, and then I put it in storage.

I think I might try & fix it as I used to like using it. It seemed really effective when I first bought it & then diminishing returns after a while - not sure why.

If I was about to buy one I would get the clear model.

There used to be a form to fill out to get two replacement comfort pads, but I can't find it now. They'd probably ship you some if you contacted customer support. You could also just buy the sleeve I linked to and not have to worry about the shoddy things.

I found if you fill the BM with the sleeve pulled out (like a volcano) all the way to the top of the extruded sleeve, then push the sleeve inside the BM you'll reduce the amount of trapped air to practically nothing. Careful, water goes everywhere.

I also use hair conditioner on my penis to lubricate the sleeve during entry.

Not a bad idea, you might find that you respond better to pumping than manual exercises, I know I have.

When I first got the BM back in April of this year I was at the 180-185mm line after a 20 minute session. Now I'm pleased to announce that I've just brushed the 200mm line 4 months later. My wife notices the difference when I go deep by the new noises she makes. Especially when I put my cock ring on it gets nice and thick. Only down side is the dark skin around the shaft that doesn't seem to go away.
