Using bathmate n andropenis extender

hi to all , will like to check with u guys , i started my method of hot n cold .
Firstly i used bathmate with warm water n used pressure for 15 minutes , as instruction given
Secondly after the bath , awaring that my penis started to shrink back , i quickly wipe dry n attached my andro
Penis extender...as such method , is it useful ? By doing bathmate n pe together ? Do i have to pull 4-9 daily ?
I have just started today .... For the pe , been pulling 1hr 40 so far no pain no sting feel ?
Please advise if u guys can ....

Personally I would follow the extender up with the bathmate to pull new blood into those cells. Using the bathmate forces or sucks blood into the penis. Because of the vacuum it has a hard time leaving. After a while you will get a blueish tint. This is caused because the cells have depleted the oxygen in the blood. This won't help you create new cells at all. So make sure you aren't in there long enough to create a blue tint and I think your idea is good. Great if you followed it up with a small pump session.

Thanks bro , so far i followed my steps ... Been pulling around 4-5 hours daily ,bath mate for 10 to 15 mins , then another 2 hours pulling ...so far i didnt noticed any length
Girth yes i sure there an increase ... I only started abt a week ... Thanks for the advise , will continue to do it , till i get my ideal length ...
