    hi guys i am new and need help with my extender

    hi guys i am new and i am trying to use extender , can anyone help me or give me ideas , i am trying to wear the extender for 1 hour , when i wear it my member is 0.5-1 inch before EL and the noose just keeps slipping , any ideas how i can wear the extender without slipping ?

    can anyone tell me a way to improve my noose style extender ? so it wont slip ? any help guys
