Extender help

I have recently got in a pro extender but I have no idea on how to set it up. Primarily the plastic piece that has the noose attachment. How do you mount that piece?

You push it into the rods and it stays

I have pushed it in plenty of times. It just slides right off

You are using the plastic strap with foam or a noose? I tried the fat rubbery strap device and it never stayed put on my dick. The hard plastic cradle just slides on the end of the rods like the other guy said. Nothing locks it in place but when you start extending and put some force on the vernier screws it holds the cradle on the rods so there is not need for another locking mechanism, it stays securely put. I have thought about putting tape on my cradle bores a few times to hold it on, but you do not want t do that because while it holds the cradle on it also makes turning the vernier screws hard. I recommend leaving tape out of the rod-cradle interface.
