Hi guys.
Lately I have been reading a lot about extenders/extending.
I want to spice my manual P.E up with an extender, which I will buy after some feedback from your guys..
I have a few Q's.
I have been doing P.E close to 2 years, and the last 12 months has been with VERY weak gains. I am very dedicated and almost never skipping my workout.
- I am thinking about buying the Size Genetic extender.
I have read a lot good about it and it is the only extender they use on the MOS.
Extenders are VERY expensive and to me these 3 extenders look and are pretty much the same, so why not buy the one with the best price of these 3 (Size Genetic)
Size genetic extenders price: with discount = 165 $ + Shipping.
Jes Extenders price: + 200 $ without shipping
X4labs extenders price: + 250 $ without shipping.
- Can I incorporate it into my routine, without changing it?
My plan is to follow the program that comes with the extender + doing my manual P.E at the same time..
Thanks in advance

I don't think it's a bad idea. I think a prolonged stretch even with very light tension can prove extremely helpful in promoting healing in an elongated state. I don't know if this will provide the breakthrough you're looking for, though. Do you use TGC Theory when determining the exercises in your workout?

Interesting link, when it comes to selecting an extender: Penis Extenders Review

It does appear to be a better buy. I purchased an X4 about a year ago and I am very pleased with it, especially the optional quad support and extra extension bars. However, had I been aware of the $165 SG, I may have made a different decision. Keep in mind that MOS has a financial interest in SG so MoS is a bit prejudiced when discussing extenders. Also, the $165 SG is a stripped down version of the full package. I have read that some of the SG users who want to convert to a VacExtender Mod or TLCTugger add on need to buy extra bars from AutoExtender or X4

Yupp there all about the same, I would get the sg its a good deal. Can always purchase more bars later if you like it and you gain. Or there is a thread on making your own if your handy enough (I'm not lol). I just started back on extending today
I love the feeling. Good luck!

First buy the one you can afford and get extra bars. It doesn't matter the principal is the same. I had a cheap $50 one that worked. It just wasn't comfortable after and hour or so and intolerable after 4 hours. Then I switched to the X4 and can extend at least 12 hours. I haven't gone past that in a day. Extending is about keeping it stretched out longer than it's natural flaccid state. You don't need much tension to do that. You can extend for an hour a day and get slow gains or you can up your time each day and get faster gains. Either way you will get gains. It's like manual exercises. 10 minutes a day you will see gains but much slower than if you exercised for an hour a day.
Good luck to you and keep in mind some sites have a financial stake in a product. Be careful when making decisions based on websites that everyone uses one type. Pick the one you can afford and you think you will be comfortable wearing and can upgrade the bars to longer ones without buying another extender because you out grew it.4/13/11 NBPEL 5.125" FL 4.5"

Thanks guys! I really appreciate your help
I have made my decision and is going to buy the SG.
Last Q!
When I receive the extender, and made all the measurements, can I continue doing my reagular workout and use the extenders program at the same time? Or is it nessasary to change it?

If you've been doing it for 2 years then you can add the extender right away, but of course start of slow etc..

Stick with your program. Start slow with the extender. Think of it as adding a new exercise to the routine. No need to cutback or stop anything else. Just one more exercise at the end.
