Yep I overtrained, but I still want to extend. I've been extending for a couple months with good results, but as soon as I tried a very very small pe routine I fucked it up. I was planning on only using an extender for stretching and jelqing type exercises for girth. Since I only did jelqs would it be okay to extend or would extending still exhaust my tool and make recovery a longer process? I lost a bit of erect length and EQ, but I had really really good morning wood. This confuses me because I couldn't get that quality of an erection later on.
