I've been doing this for 6 weeks now and had good gains but am willing to follow your advice. My unit is exceptionally strong and bounces back from some hard knocks quickly. Anyone want me to try a new exercise (preferably length based) and I can report back each month? Perhaps you have a theory and want to test it out one a newb?
