  • Cock Rings

To those who have used these, what is your opinion on them? I was thinking of getting one just to add a little more girth and to keep a stronger erection during sex. (hopefully with PE I eventually won't need to use one) Do they work? Are they dangerous?

    Thanks

If you wear a cock ring during sex, you risk injury when you ejaculate due to the restriction of the urethra and vas deferens tubes.

The difference is: he's using a cock ring to help during sex where the objective IS to ejaculate, clamping your not trying to ejaculate...so there for no harm to the vas, or urethra

I bought one once but didnt like it. I was going to use it with jelqing (because thats that the site I bought it from recomended). I found it slipping off alot with the lube on, and I wouldn't ever use one again for jelqing, but each to their own i guess.

The use of "cock rings" as a supplement to PE exercises may help alleviate erectile dysfunction (ED). The objective of the cock ring in this case is to "train" the penis into staying erect for a longer amount of time.

It's been proven that men who have more frequent erections usually have fewer incidents of ED.

To use a cock ring, insert your unerect penis into the ring, push the ring all the way to the base of your penis, and stimulate yourself to erection.

The ring will prevent the backflow of blood, and you should achieve a rock hard erection that should not go away until tension is released

WARNING! You MUST use a cock ring that you can remove immediately if you have to! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you use a metal or hard, unfastenable cock ring!

You could cause permanent injury your penis if you are unable to remove the ring in time!

Start off with a session of 5-10 minutes, and work up to an hour or so at full erection.

Some guys like to wear their ring all day with a semi-erection. If you are going to do this, make sure that you make frequent checks to ensure that you're not cutting off circulation.

Many men swear that the regular use of a cock ring will also increase the length and girth of your penis through forced expansion of the corpora and corpus.

A cock ring can be brought from adult novelty stores, or you can improvise and create your own out of a thin leather strap or a rubber washer.

              Cock Rings

Cock Rings are very useful and can add consistent size after any pumping or exercise. They do not need to be TIGHT! A snug fit will allow long time wearing (as in sleeping!) and maintain whatever size you have worked up to. I have used them for years and maintain a 3" diameter girth 24/7 and wear one always except when pumping. I enjoy the size AND the looks!

                Metal Cock Ring

Big Al's warning to avoid metal cock rings probably needs to be taken seriously although I've never encountered this advise or assumed it was dangerous. I have a thick metal cock ring and it would seem that if it restricted blood flow to the dangerous point, it would become extremely uncomfortable, thus you would loose your woodie plenty fast and the ring would slide off or at least become loose. Big Al, is this logic flawed? BTW, I have always assumed that a cock ring was strictly recreational and has no value in PE objectives.
                Hmmm,
                Cheers

I just wanted to add a few things.

I have definitely heard that snap-on cock rings are safer and that metal cock rings are to be avoided, but it's like the Viagra warning about 4 hour erections, mainly just an attorney liability issue. Only happens in rare instances. I know MANY guys who only wear metal rings and who have never had any problems with them. When you buy one, try it on. If they don't let you try it on, buy it someplace else. It should be a little loose when flaccid (would slide off if your balls weren't there), and should be snug, not tight, when erect. I definitely prefer metal cock rings, and have a nice heavy nickel cock ring, but I only wear it on rare occasion. I simply like the weight, the feel, and the look of metal.

In wearing a metal cock ring, though, don't just pull your cock through it and push it down to the base. First, pull your balls through it, then pull your cock through it, and then push it down to the base. It should be worn below your balls. There are all sorts of dick and ball contraptions that are worn in many different ways, but this is the way to wear a basic cock ring.

I agree with Big Al, the snap-ons are safer, but they can pull your pubic hair. Avoid rubber at all costs! Yikes! Talk about painful.

The only time I have ever heard of anyone having a medical emergency from an erection not going down, though, was when a porn star I knew in San Diego shot his dick with caverject. He had to go to the emergency room and have his dick drained. You really do have to be careful with that stuff. I've never used it, though, so can't say more than that. I read some articles with medical advice for people with ED and they said using a cock ring before/after pumping to hold the erection for sex was ok. So i tested it out . I put the ring on first. I pumped a few minutes max. Then pulled off the tube and it was rock hard and the fattest i've ever been. And sex didnt hurt me. But she had some issues getting used to it at first but after she did whoa , lol it was worth it

http://www.spaceandmotion.com/Images...ring-pearl.jpg This is the one i bought. Also they advise wearing it no more than 30 minutes at a time.

It can be effective in my opinion especially for those who suffer for severe shrinkage. The problem is that no cock rings out there are secifically designed for all day use, as they compress the whole penis, while the urethra should be left free to avoid long term issues.
The only device I know with an open bottom design that doens' block the Urethra and Dorsal Apexes that apply ideal pressure to veins is the Eddie by Giddie.
This is the only cockring for daily use that I'd be confortable to use, the problem is that is CRAZY expensive, far too much for what it is.
I'm just keeping an eye open to wait a similar designed cockring will appear on the market at a reasonable price, and I will add it to my routine.

Ring use should be progressive in nature, and it's not necessarily a good idea to consider wearing one for most of the day.

There are different types of rings. Hard metal or other materials (not advised), adjustable (preferable for heavier duty work), and the softer types- which are good for light constriction.

I have been using cock rings during sex for the past 4 years. I have bought maybe 20 different ones and it depends on getting a correct size and material and fit. The good ones are great but bad ones are painful. I recommend phanyx silicone dual penis ring (my BEG is 5.3 inches at the base)which is comfortable and can be used several way. I always take them off before ejaculating but the ones that are not tight maybe possible to not take off, but I always do.

Decorative cock rings as jewelry aren't meant to stimulate erection and shouldn't necessarily be worn during sex. There are some good pieces on Body Body.
