    I tried using my hands for 6 months but i didnt get anywhere... it felt like i was having to press too hard to get anywhere! the less i gained the longer i trained for and the harder i pressed - i was ending up killing my hands (which were already very strong). Then I tried clamping... bigger effects and no effort!

    I tried many different kinds of clamping and in the end i came up with my own technique - which i will share with you...

    start with kitchen rubber gloves (heavy duty, not cotton lined), scissors, lube, nail clippers

    cut fingers out of rubber gloves and then cut the tips of the fingers off.
    roll a finger into a ring
    achieve 100% erection
    push ring down to the base of the penis (it should be very tight)
    maintain erection with right hand (porn is vital for me)
    with left index finger slide under ring towards balls - whilst maintaining erection with right gently pull downwards with left index to make sure the ring does not move upwards
    kegel constantly (but particularly when index is under ring - otherwise it will have very little effect)
    have a break now and again with your hands - that erection isnt going anywhere whilst you have a ring on.
    after a few weeks why not try increasing pressure..?!
    whilst left index is under ring - reach under your gouch, kegel hold then push against your pubic bone with your right hand (hold for 10 secs)
    OR add another ring on top of origional one!

    the nail clippers are just in case you cant get the ring off afterwards - it does happen occasionally! just nip the outside layer and the pressure will split the ring in two.

    let me know how you get on.

    if you are new then i would suggest warming up (i dont but i have been peing 2 years)

    Hmmm sounds interesting but I really don't want nail clippers or anything sharp for that matter near my dick. I think ill stick to clamping with a cable clamp since it has a easy release mechanism. Glad to hear you have had success using this, how much have you gained?

        i found cable clamp so uncomfortable! a fair point about the nail clippers but as long as you are careful there is no danger - also i only need them 1 in 30 times - usually if i try to use the little finger which is always too tight hehehehe

        i started on 4.8 erect girth and now 5.3 just from 6 months of the above :-) may not be much for some people but i spent 6 months prior using my hands and gained nothing.

        On a good day of training I get up to 5.6 :-D

              Do you do this in sets, if so how long? I'm trying to find the method that suites me best for clamping and I will give this a try. Awesome gains btw!
              One day, they will name a PE exercise after ME.
