    Hello everyone,

    So I started peing about 3 months ago. Beginner routine finished. Just want some advice / speculation for my new routine that I have worked up to. I'm going for length and girth, but want to focus a lil more on girth. Thanks for any/all comments.

    Warm Up 10 min
    Standard directional streches 2x 30 sec each
    Around the world stretches 2x 40sec each
    Dry Jelq 20 min ( alternating left and right hand grips every 5 min )
    V stretch 2x each direction 30 sec
    Fowfler 2x 1 min each
    Jelq bend 5 min
    Jelq Stretch 5 min
    Uli 4x 60 sec
    Warm Down

    100 quick kegels
    9 quick then 1 for 10 sec hold 5x

    Sporatic Kegels through the day

    Your growing rather nicely. Girth work not that you need much more girth. Emphasize the Uli more. Don't jelq as much. And when you do jelq, jelq with an erection level above 70%. This will encourabe girth. Also only do girth work 2-3 days per week. Keep in mind that girth work is harder on the penis than length work.

    When jelqing with a high erection use a very lite grip

    Sample Routine: MWF

    swarm up 15 minutes.
    Tunica tugs 3-7 minutes.
    Lite grip jelqing from bast to just below the glans 30-50 jelqs. Jrlqs should be at least 8-15 seconds long per stroke. You can easily do this with your big shlong.
    uli's 100% erect 30-60 secnd hold, relax for two minutes repeat hold again three more times.
    In the relaxing phase you want to re-apply heat, let you erection comepletely subside if you want to, work it up ato full erection again then apply the next Uli.
    Kegel 50-100 times.
    Warm down with bed fowfers.

    This is a more advanced routine than the beginers routine be carefull and avoid pain!

    Thank you for the excellent advice. I have been quite happy with the immediate length gain. I was jelqing with about 50%-70% EQ. I will incorperate your ideas into my schedule and post results in due time.

    Thank you as well. During the beginner routine I did 5 on 2 off. I added time to my jelqing sessios pretty fast, being very mindful of the Pos/Neg P.I.s
    I noticed for me that I felt my 2 day off "repair" felt very healing, and after 5 days of PEing I was pretty sore. No pain, but cock tired. I'm going to try the 3 days on 1 day off 2 days on 1 day off approach. Depending on P.I.s I might take 2 days off here and there for extra healing and hopefully it will help cement the gains. We'll see after a month or two.

    It sounds as if you have a very good idea of how your penis responds. Thats a great asset in PE in my opinion. I like what you say about rest being "healing". Thats a good way to put it. My feelings also! If I PE for more than afew days without a rest my penis also feels tired, turtles more and EQ drops. I think rest days are pretty essential. I wonder if all growth occurs on rest days and very little on workout days?! Hmmm. I also quite enjoy taking 2 days or more to rest, I almost feel like it takes a while to recover the first day off then the second is maybe where over compensation happens?!

    Anyway best of luck with your girth...like KP says, be careful with higher erection stuff. Dont over do the intensity until you are sure your penis can take it safely.
