Thread: Splitting up excercise

I have couple of question any advice will be kindly appreciated.
I was just wondering can i split up my routine of doing some form of jelqing plus light stretching and during the evening do a 10 min warm-up followed by using my extender for two hours. Do you think by doing this routine will helping me out with further gains?
