Hey guys, I just put together my post 90 day routine. I would appreciate a little input from everyone. For you mods, please let me know if you think I am over doing it.
Monday:
Warm-up 8 - 10 minutes
Basic stretches - 3 x 40 seconds each way
Rotation stretch – 2 x 10 seconds each way
Compressor - 5 x 15 seconds
OK jelq - 75 reps: 5-7 seconds. 30% erection or less
V-jelq - 45 reps: 5-7 seconds. 30% erection or less)
JAI Stretch - 3 x 30 seconds
Warm-down: 8-10 minutes
Tuesday:
Warm-up 8 - 10 minutes
Basic stretches - 3 x 40 seconds each way
OK jelq - 150 reps: 3 seconds. 30% erection or less
V-jelq - 70 reps: 3 seconds. 30% erection
A-Stretch - 4 x 30 seconds
Tunica Tugs - 4 x 30 seconds
Warm-down: Shower
Wednesday:
Edging 15 minutes including 5 Ulis. Finish with ejaculation.
Thursday:
Hanging 7lb: 3 x 20 minutes
Friday:
Edging 15 minutes including 5 horse-squeezes. Finish with ejaculation.
Saturday
Warm-up 8 - 10 minutes
Basic stretches - 3 x 40 seconds each way
Rotation stretch – 2 x 10 seconds each way
Compressor - 5 x 15 seconds
