Just wanted to do an update post now that I have more time with the Penimaster Pro.
Last week I extended 86 hours with it (over 12 hour per day on average!). Here are a few thoughts:

      - The instruction manual mentions that before putting the glans chamber on, you need to squeeze a little extra air out of the ball pump and inflate the diaphragm outwards - this is why it recommends a 3/4 initial pump, to leave room to squeeze a little extra air out of the ball into the chamber. I found out the hard way just how important this step is. If you skip this step, there will be an air space between the diaphragm and the forward edge of the sluice. When you evacuate the glans chamber with the ball pump, a tremendous vacuum will build up in this small void and create some very nasty looking vacuum blisters if you skip this very important step. By pushing a little air into the glans chamber before putting it on, the diaphragm will bow outwards and push all the air out between the diaphragm and sluice - this is exactly what you want. No air picket means there is no area for a dangerous vacuum to accumulate, and the adhesion qualities of the Penimaster Pro are truly amazing if you take care to follow this very important step.

      - I still find that the sluice is a bit tight for my liking. I did a test where I unrolled a new sluice over a "D" cell battery and let it sit for a couple of days to pre-stretch it a bit. It definitely has helped and the sluice doesn't feel as tight anymore.

      - A few people that I have talked to have mentioned that one pump isn't always enough to get the glans fully into the chamber. I have had this problem from time to time also. The problem is, the more pumps you have to use, the higher the vacuum and the more uncomfortable it is. After a lot of experimentation, I have found what works best for me. I have found that I can reduce the amount of vacuum needed by "pushing through" the sluice instead of waiting for enough vacuum to be generated to suck the glans into the chamber. What I have been doing now is making an "OK" grip about an inch below the glans and squeezing - this makes the glans and the shaft just behind the glans very rigid and engorged. I then actively push my penis through the sluice while the vacuum is trying to pull things in. I have found that I now use about half the vacuum as before, and the adhesion is absolutely incredible.

      - Although I have decent girth, I placed the medium set of split ring adapters into the glans chamber behind the diaphragm. It has also definitely helped increase the hold and the comfort. What I'm saying here is that even if you're doing fine without the split rings installed - at least give them a try. You may find that you prefer it (like I did). If it doesn't work out - no big deal, just remove them!

I'll try to keep updating this thread as I find new tricks and tips. I'm also interested in hearing tips from others so please share anything that you have found that makes extending with the Pro easier or more comfortable!
This is almost six years old, but an extremely helpful post. I figured I'd quote it to give it a bump.

I've been experimenting with the glans chamber fit, but until reading this, I hadn't bothered to try the split adapter. After 65 hours of extending, I gave it a try. It's a game changer. The glans chamber now fits perfectly. I highly recommend anyone with a Penimaster Pro give the split adapter a try to see if it improves their fit.

After putting on the extender, do you turn the spring set screws at the base of the device? If so, does the device compress?

You should see fewer markings when the device compresses:

        • Anyone care to share their length + girth gains using this?

          • Was wondering if anyone could share their gains with the penimaster pro. Haven't been able to find much proof this extender works and I'm on the fence about my purchase. Thanks

            • I don't think someone will share results with ya .You are not the only one who want to see real results for this product (((.

              • Also curious about gains with this product for letís say a 3month period or any time frame would be really helpful

                • Has anybody used latex balloons instead of the sluice and diaphragm? They are so expensive and latex is latex. I saw and older thread where someone tried using balloons and had success with them at a much lower cost than the Penimaster Pro sluices and diaphragms. My diaphragms are breaking every two to three days, so I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. The fit seems fine, as I don't slip out. I am not using the rings, so not sure if that would help. I'm cleaning and using plenty of lube.

                  • You might experiment with the rings. They can help reduce the 'stress' on some of the latex parts.

                    • I have just started using one and am noticing that the suction rubbers are wearing down quick (are they called sluices? I'm not sure)
Where can I get more from? I could only seem to find them on ebay and they were damn expensive lol. And it seems I'm gonna run out pretty soon
                      Thanks

there are two rubber parts, the diaphragm and the sluice, they can come in different sizes, so you can properly fit yourself into the device.
The diaphragm fits over the chamber opening, the sluice between the sluice ring and the chamber.

                        • I ordered the Penimaster Pro device recently. The delivery was prompt and sent from Germany via DHL, and I would be waiting when I returned from Georgia.

I was delighted to begin stretching using this extender used by many patients of doctors that specialize in penile enlargement and urology in the Dc area.

After opening the case, I noticed the device was instead well constructed, but the contents weren't in place and strewn about. Upon closer examination, I saw some of the sluices were wet, and the extender itself was white but slightly discolored. Was my Penimaster Pro a used device? Was it apart of someone's return that ended up in new inventory?

I quickly gathered my thoughts, elucidated what I saw, and sent photos of precisely what I had received in an email to Penimaster Pro. I was stunned because my email went unanswered for days at a time. I think approximately a week until I sent off another email and finally received a manufacturer's response.

Finally, about a week later, Someone at Penimaster Pro responded to my email. They said they would check inventory and get back to me with a solution to my problem. I assumed it would be another week, but that solution came within hours, and I had my answer. They asked that I send back the device at my expense, and they would look into it further. Again, I was shocked. Why should I need to pay for the return when I received the device in what could be easily construed as something other than a "new" condition? How was this my fault?

I'm currently corresponding with the company because the answer I received I feel is unacceptable given the fact I paid for a device that was to be new and now defective or used. I'm perplexed.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Does anyone know who should be reaching out to at Penimaster?

                          • I was delighted to receive my extender in what seemed to be using an expedited shipping solution. DHL delivered it very quickly to me. My problem was with what appeared to be used or defective contents in the case.

Keep in mind that I'm an experienced extender user, with over 900 hours of extending under my belt, and having used 3 different brands (Including the original Penimaster)

                              Ordering and Pricing:
I ordered min on January 5th, 2012. Ordering was pretty straight forward and there were options for Paypal or credit card payment. I ordered the Penimaster Pro Complete kit, which includes the Penimaster Pro, the rod extender, and the belt strap system, along with 2 application systems for the glans chamber (a ball pump, and an easier-to-carry suction hose). The Penimaster Pro has "wear parts" that need replaced every 10 days or so, so I also ordered 3 packs of replacement diaphragm and sluice latex parts (each pack has 5 of each). With the pack that came with the kit, this makes for 20 diaphragms, and 20 sluices - enough for around 200 days of use (I plan on reordering every 6 months).

The retail of my order would have came to just under $380 including shipping. However, Penimaster has a discount program that will give you an 18% discount on your first order if you can supply proof that you own any competing extender (yep, even a $30 ebay cheap-o extender!). Upon supplying my proof, they sent me a special link to order from (the link is only valid for 3 days, so be ready to order before supplying proof!) and my total order after discount was $305.

                              Shipping

This has to be my only complaint with the ordering process.. There are no upgraded shipping options available. They ship from Germany's DHL service (which is not to be confused with DHL express here in the USA). This means that after arriving in customs, the US Postal Service is responsible for completing the delivery. Plan on a long 2-3 week wait for your package to arrive!

                              Arrival
The package is delivered by the US Postal Service in a plain white box, with the sender listed as MSP COncept GmbH & Co.KG. My package took a full 3 weeks to arrive, with most of the delays being on the US Postal Service side.

                              Unpackaging
I did most of my 900 hours extending with a Penimaster Basic extender, so I was already familiar with the excellent quality of Penimaster's products. The Penimaster Pro was no surprise in this category - everything from the hard shell case, to the included DVD and instructions and the quality of materials is the best you'll find out there. The rods appear to be milled aluminum, the spring balance is smooth to operate and the general appearance of everything just sets the stage for their flagship product.

Another nice thing that Penimaster did was make the labels very easy to remove from the carrying case - which I promptly did to make it much more discreet.

                              Usage
Anyone that has extended will tell you - each extender has its own special tricks needed to make taking on and off a fairly quick and easy process. The penimaster Pro is not much different, as it does take some practice and trial and error to get just right. Once you are familiar however, putting this thing on and taking it off is a breeze and takes me literally 10 seconds.

The comfort level of this extender simply cannot be touched by any other extender that I've tried. As I'm typing this, I am extending at 1200 grams of tension, and unless I consciously think about it, I honestly wouldn't even know it was there. Like other extenders, you'll get some discomfort at the base of the unit digging into the top of your scrotum - but a small piece of cloth here makes that discomfort almost non-existent as well.

The range of penis sizes this will fit is huge. It comes standard with 30cm (just under 12") of rods. Since there is no strap or noose involved, the tension is literally applied only at the glans - so if your shaft is very short, this isn't a problem at all with the Penimaster Pro.

The ADS strap that came with the kit is also top quality. It is very soft, and a full 1.5" wide, making it very comfortable to use and wear.

There is a slight downside - assembly of the glans chamber, diaphragm, sluice and sluice ring has to be just right. Its not hard to do, but it is something that you have to learn to do correctly, which may take several attempts. Once you learn how to do it, disassembling and reassembling the Penimaster Pro doesn't take long at all.

Another thing that I would like to point out is that this is far from a simple vacuum chamber. It uses a combination of vacuum, a positive locking fit and adhesion to hold the glans firmly in the chamber. The sluice serves a couple of important purposes. First, the sluice prevents air from penetrating between the diaphragm and the glans and breaking the adhesion between the two. Secondly, it acts as a collar that inflates behind the corona, helping to hold the glans in place with a positive locking fit (this is why it is important to install the sluice and sluice ring correctly, as one side of the sluice ring has grooves to let the air in behind the sluice so that it inflates properly.)

                              Support
I contacted support a few times with questions regarding shipping and usage. I always got a response within a day and their staff was very eager to help.

                              Overall
Overall this is simply the Cadillac of extenders. Its well built, and as comfortable as you will ever find. The downsides are that it is expensive, there are wear parts that you must continue to order (the latex diaphragm and sluice), and the shipping options are terrible. Anyone serious about gaining length through extending should seriously consider this great extender. The ability to wear long hours each day helps to put on length very quickly (keep in mind that "quickly" in the PE world is still measured in months).

I'll be sure to answer any questions if you have any
I was elated with the speedy delivery from DHL in which my extender was shipped to me. I had a problem with the the contents in the case, and that is why I'm responding here. My problem was with what appeared to be used or defective contents in the case. While the device appears to be made of high quality parts that are engineered to exactness, I'm not happy that I received items that appear used.

                                a. I was not taking care of some details when installing them on the chamber yet
                                b. was not experienced yet (wearing the chamber on glans).
                                c. Was not cleaning them properly.

                                (a) had to do with taking care to have symmetrical application of all latex parts and most important have the sluice always fully covering the diaphragm part (where they meet on the chamber). It seems that experience on replacing the parts (without many "retries") also plays a role in their lifetime.
                                (b) was easy. It did not take long to learn and wear it very fast. A clumsy application can break an already worn part.
                                (c) This was important: I was not following the instructions regarding cleaning

When the above where settled, they started lasting for a long time....
They can go more than a month. Usually I decide to replace them for hygiene reasons (I agree 10 days schedule seems overly conservative).
Is there a trick to removing the diaphragm and sluice, as well as installing them? What is it, if so? I still can't use it, but it seems a reliable extender, and I'm hoping they honor my wishes in replacing it.
