Thread: Progressive Weight Hanging. Gain More In Less Time

    I think that if I do decide to hang I will use the progressive approach as it is less time consuming compared to Bib's method.

    The reason that I currently PE with a 4 on 3 off routine is because I see my girlfriend Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so these are my days off as I don't want any risk of EQ issues due to fatigue etc.

    What kind of effect does hanging have on EQ generally? I presume that it is a very demanding exercise so hanging in the morning and having sex in the evening probably isn't realistic?

    EDIT: I realize that this is kind of off topic and relates to hanging in general as opposed to your progressive weight hanging routine, we can have this discussion in another thread or via PM if you prefer

    when done right, and not over done (too much fatigue, too many sets) eq is incredible. as for the girlie, i say you do as i do and stick to a very light jelq/pump routine on those days, just to keep a minimal level of fatigue, keep blood flow high, and stay in rhythm

    I consider myself a pretty advanced hanger and do not have any issues with EQ. My only "issue" I have noticed so far, is that after hanging (within an hour or so) it can be slightly more difficult to reach orgasm. My erection strength does not suffer. When I finally do reach orgasm though, it's more intense than usual. Not sure what that's about. Possibly nerves being stretched? I don't consider your questions too off topic.

    On the girl issue, make PE fun! "How'd you like a little extra girth this weekend?" Let her watch you pump, for example.

    Ok, the EQ stuff is reassuring

    I haven't told my girlfriend about PE, she knows about kegels for the refractory period but that is it. I think she would be really worried if she knew that I was jelqing, and considering hanging and pumping!

    What do you think of this for a routine? this is based on the fact that after each set you are supposed to restore circulation to the penis.

    Hang 1st set 15mins

    Jelq 5mins

    Bathmate 10mins (thinking of a water pump over an air pump because when used with hot water it also re-warms the penis and surrounding tissue

    Jelq 5mins

    Hang 2nd set 15mins

    Jelq 5mins

    Bathmate 10mins (final warm-down)

    Well doing the above, you would need to unwrap and re-wrap between sets. This is totally counterproductive. For one, you just spent several minutes before your first set and then during your first set getting the penis tissue and your wrap to compress and conform to your hanger. Why would you unwrap and jelq or pump between sets and undo all that? PLUS, jelqing/pumping between sets will give you fluid build up in your skin/penis and totally screw up your wrap and hanger settings. Big reason most men who hang either do not do girth work along with hanging, or do it on their off from hanging days. You only need to do a little light massaging (stay wrapped) between sets.

    As an alternative to what I post above: Could you jelq for 10-15mins directly after finishing all of your hanging sets and then do 10mins with a bathmate in the shower as a warm down? Is exercising straight after hanging something that people do? or is it considered better to not do anything else on hanging days

    Basically, can you combine hanging with other forms of PE, or do I have to dedicate myself solely to hanging?

    After you are done for the day, sure go for it. Just be warned, if you gain girth you'll eventually have to re adjust your wrap at least.

    i would tread lightly. i like to pump for like less than 10 minutes following a session under 3hg. just to get all the blood flow back in full and then i roll it in my hand with some oil/moisturizer mix to take care of the skin.
