    Hello there Male, Im currently doing your progressive routine, and I was wondering if your gains have been strictly from hanging, or have you done any other exercises to complement?

    Malehanger - you are a revolutionary.

    Three quick questions:


    • Do you think hanging once a day for 20 minutes could be enough to see results? Or at the most twice?
    • How long into PE should I wait before hanging (2 months, 6 months, etc)?
    • I'm not sure if you are familiar with extending, but I'll ask anyway. Based on articles elsewhere hanging and extending affect your body in two different ways - one the elasticity of your penis and the other plasticity. If I hung first do you think it would be smart to extend after? Or am I complicating shit and should just separate the two?


    I've been Jelqing and using an extender for the past two months and I've seen decent results - but my schedule has changed so I have to cut back from 5 hours a day to maybe two. I love the extender and I don't want to give it up - but I've read about the results of you and other hangers and I'm interested to say the least. I don't want to bounce from idea to idea, especially since extending just became routine.

    My girlfriend doesn't know I do PE yet and she wants to move in with me soon - and I don't know if shes ready to see weights hanging from my dick.

    1) Yes. If done in a progressive manner. If a guy always used the same weight though, no. The penis will adapt and you will be basically hanging for the heck of it and nothing else. One set a day is definitely very appealing isn't it?

    2) I'm a firm believe a man can begin hanging when he wants to. You "condition" your penis for hanging by hanging. Just like you condition it for any other type of PE by doing that type of PE. You would not condition for hanging by jelqing for three months. Start low, learn the basics and your penis will adapt to the increased stresses of hanging as you move along in weight.

    3) I have not mixed hanging and extending so I'm not sure how to answer.

    I think you should talk to your girl. She is going to figure it out or your PE will probably take a back seat. Good luck.

    That's exactly what I needed to hear. I'll probably start in a few weeks after I do enough research. It seems a lot more dangerous than other PE methods.

    Adding to what both of these guys said...
    Malehanger is absolutely correct that you must be progressive and always push forward to keep seeing gains. This is mostly true for all PE exercises. I also agree with him that pre-conditioning isn't a must - if an individual pays attention and eases into new exercises its normally not a huge issue (people that hurt themselves usually do so out of lack of knowledge of the new exercise - so learning and paying attention are more important IMO).

    I have 1500 hours of extender time with good gains to show for it (0.8" length gained at 1500 hours extending). I reached a point where my gains from extending hit a brick wall before I started hanging. I wanted to exhaust my extending gains before moving on to PE methods that were more dangerous, but that is purely a personal choice. I haven't mixed the two either, but they are both taxing on your penis so I would imagine that it would be fairly hard to do both at an intense and consistent level.

    Take BigO's advice - there is no shame is self improvement. I told my wife within 2 weeks of starting and I'm glad I did.

    Uh Oh, another one joining the forces of hanging, glad to see you crossing over to the dark side. It is actually one of the most controlled forms of PE there is making it safer than most others. Hanging is always safe when done correctly. Just start slow and read up and you will be good to go.

    That's good to know. Half the guys on here are already where I want to be - and my goal is pretty modest - so I think i'll make it make it no matter what. But it seems like the best growers are those that hang so it seems like the next logical step.

    You're right. I do feel like i'm joining the dark side. I'm excited to see quicker results but i'm going to research the hell out of this before I get started.
