    Eq varies, it can be hurt if I do too much, but right now it's good, I'm using a bib starter. I also do jelqs, squeezes and ulis around 3 times a week

    To everyone that uses the hanging method. Have any of you gain a lot in girth or just mostly in length? Also was hanging the only devices you use while hanging?

    Hanging does produce girth gains for some. I did make some good girth gains myself while hanging.

    I want to buy a hanger but I cant decide which one: malehanger or bib hardcore?
    Best advice will be from people who used both.

    My hanging routine was 5x2, always taking the weekend off and always taking a 1-2 week decon break every 6-8 weeks.

    OP - I gained some girth, but mostly all length. I used the Capns Wrench as I wanted to see if hanging worked, before spending hundreds of dollars, despite numerous aboriginal tribes that have practiced hanging for hundreds of years. The Captn's Wrench was so effective I just stayed with it.

    This is very similar to my routine and in only a month I've gained 1/4 inch in bpfsl and 0.2 inch in bpel. I will copy this routine for a month and report my results
