Howw do u only have 10 threads showing?? Jeez that looks crazy, I'll try it though. My wrap def. Needs work, I'm now sure that the wrap is even more important at the higher weights, but at least I got the tightening down ok. For now lol...
Also I think it is a real good idea to tighten the hanger w/o weights like you do. Really helped with comfort.

I'm going to have to give this a try. I have been hanging for about a month now, and will say that hanging about 5-6 is killing my time. I can go as heavy as 15 lbs.. first set for 20 minutes, second for 17, third set at 10 lb for 15 minutes.... then I'm dead
.... I do warm up with rice sock, and end my session with some jelqing.

The least wrap possible really is the key. Your wrap is only to "compensate" for your girth to give the best fit to your hanger, and to protect your skin. The hanger needs to grip the internals of your penis. Too many men get into the mindset of thinking they only need to figure out how to get their hanger to work with whatever weight level they are using. That is the WRONG approach and will come back to haunt you if you use it. Chances are, a guy who uses that approach will eventually have to totally re-learn how to wrap and fit his hanger properly. He'll also likely see red spots and bruising when he increases his weight. Those are cause by poor hanger fit. A hanger should be as tight as possible from day one. That starts the penis adaptation process right away, vs having to back pedal when you start to get into the heavier weights.

@malehanger: Sorry for a little OT but have you also gained flaccid length from hanging, and if yes how much?

Of course! Roughly the same. A little over an inch. I'm around 5 to 5.5" flaccid depending on temperature.flaccid5_3_8.jpg

I find it easy to reach fatigue everyday... If I'm having trouble getting it, I will usually use a fulcrum. That way I don't have to steal from my weight bench again. Fulcrum work(at different angles) is highly beneficial for spot focusing stress on particular parts of my penis. I have found that by doing this I don't need to continually increase poundage.
Try it... you may find it works for you as well.......I'm STILL GAINING and I don't exceed 15lbs.(I have went up to 20lbs before..but not since learning fulcrum style kung fu)Lurked since 2010
