Hi guys ive been on the site for a while and just got into hanging with the captains wench. Its week 3 and ive been hanging for 20mins every afternoon with 4kg or 8.8lbs weights usually monday to friday and ive just started increasing sets. So now im hanging for 2x 20mins sets. Should i be seeing improvement from this?I think i will do this for another week or so before i can handle 3x 20min sets then ill up the weight to 10 lbs. What do you think?
