I've been debating on getting the bathmate for sometime not but read mixed reviews about and it seems to really focus on girth gains more than length. Are there any devices (besides weights) that focus primarily on lengthening that anyone has had success with?

Yep, other than hanging weights extenders are proven to work for length. VERY time consuming though, and not as "practical" as some may have you believe.
