I'm pretty sure your penis has been de-conditioned if it was over 2 months, that's opposite to using continuously 2-3 months for condition penis, so now you start from beginning 0 hour

I don't get this counting hours thing. Dude just find a good PE work out that works for you and do it.

Don't try and break this down to a x investment = y gains you'll just end up getting discouraged.

I say even you want a big dick and are willing to do anything needed or you don't really want one that bad and will set limits on your expected gains and most likely fall out in the end.

Definitely start counting the hour from 0 and try to get about 2-4 hours a day for the first month or so, then increase time in tension. Basically you're gonna have to condition yourself all over again.
