I was wondering what exercises people have had success combining with the extender? what sort of routines have you guys used with these other exercises? obviously the jelq is great for overall circulation when you are extending for 5 hours this can do nothing but help.
Personally, pending someone convincing me otherwise with a response, I am going to start some sort of extending, jelqing, edging, and erect bend routine. I'm only a few days into the extender use but last night I did erect bends and got positive PI's and a good stretch followed by a great hang. My gut is telling me that the erect bends will help bring the erect gains faster. Thoughts?
