Hi before we all start throwing our pumps away, think you have a fat pad in front of the cords so its your fat pad that gets sucked in first before your cords so any movement would be only behind your fat pad depending how thick it was, and I don't think there would be that much getting sucked in.

I have no worries as I never pump to a pain level. If my balls start to get sucked in I release pressure and start again. I don't ever feel like I am pumped to maximum pressure and I have not modified my BM (vinvac or whatever). Just take it easy and you will be find, go overboard and you will hurt yourself no matter what method or device you are using.

There is a very simple way to stop your balls getting sucked in, buy a 20mm webbed dogs collar, put that round your sack and pull as tight as you fill it needs to be and put a new hole there and 2 more at 1/2 inch intervals above that one as you may need to move it up as you go on, using this will stop your balls getting sucked in.

All very simple really.
