These are the basic instructions that came with my pump, but I will also talk about my routine and how I apply it with this device.

How To Use A Penis Pump:
Insert pump hose into quick Coupler on top of cylinder, push until you hear a audible click. This means the pump hose is locked in.
If you want to release the hose from the cylinder after you have pumped up, push on the side of the cylinder coupler. If you have a good seal at the base of the cylinder you will not lose vacuum pressure because the cylinder coupler has an internal seal.
If you keep the hose connected to the pump during your entire pumping session you can release the pressure with the release valve on the pump. Different pumps have different release valves. The valve with the electric pump is located separately on the hosing itself.
You can release the pressure inside the cylinder by pressing on the skin at the base of the cylinder. Before putting on the cylinder you will want to shave the pubic area and lubricate your penis & balls generously to create a good seal at the base of the cylinder against your groin. The lubrication can also help to prevent the mild windburn which can be created from the vacuum pressure. We highly recommend Stallion Pumpers Lube.
Next apply vacuum pressure to the cylinder with your pump.(For beginners we recommend that you use 2-5 lbs. of vacuum pressure). Use mild pressure to warm up the penis each time you pump before increasing the vacuum. If using a pump without a gage, pump the handle two times & wait a few seconds to feel if this is enough. If not pump two more times & wait again. If you have a good seal at the base 2-5 pumps of the handle should create enough vacuum pressure at first. It's also recommended that the cylinder should be removed every 15 minutes for a 1-2 minute break. This will allow in a fresh supply of blood into the penis.
If using the electric pump, a fresh supply of blood is brought in at all times, so you may not have to remove the cylinder the entire pumping session. The level of vacuum you are able to use will vary with skin type & experience.
The vacuum pressure works by stretching the penis beyond its normal length & girth by forcing in blood & lymph fluids into the penis. The lymph fluids force the area of the penis under the outer skin to "SWELL" This is normal and the swelling usually subsides completely within 24 hours.
Many men swell the penis to monstrous size during the workout. During the workout many men will advance in cylinder size many times. Some people may develop good temporary gains within 30 minutes while others may take up to 1 hour or more to develop these gains.
Minute permanent gains developed during each pumping session can eventually add up to substantial permanent gains.
Alway start slowly during each pumping sessions.
Always use a light amount of vacuum pressure before increasing. Doing this warms up the penis & groin area to minimize wind burn & overstressing of the area. If you notice a few red spots or mild reddening of the area especially when new to vacuum pumping you will want to stop for approximately 24 hours to allow time for them to heal and go away. If you have severe red spots, reddening or dark discoloration of the penis or blood blisters IMMEDIATELY STOP PUMPING. You will need to let the penis rest & heal 24 hours and maybe for days.
What has happened is that your skin is not ready for the level of vacuum pressure you are using or for the length of time you are pumping. These quality pumps are capable of HIGH levels of vacuum pressure. Common sense should be used at ALL TIMES. ALWAYS keep a clear visual of the penis when pumping.
My Routine with this device
This device does not come with a gage, so you can either get one for it or you can use it without. I choose to use it without.
You can feel how much pressure you can handle just by the force from the valve. You should never put your penis under too much force where your penis will start getting sharp pains, that is too much force being use and you should back off immediately if this happens.
You should gradually build up the force or pressure as time increases. I will give a Beginners routine in this post using this device as well as my routine for Pros.
Here is a list of things you will need to do before starting:
1. Shave your pubes around your cock and balls where the cylinder will have a good seated seal.
2. Have some vaseline or other lube on hand to keep your penis form drying out or getting wind burn.
3. You have a clear cylinder so that you can observe you progress and make sure your penis is doing ok. So I would get a permanent marker and a ruler and draw lines starting with the size you are now all the way up to the top of the cylinder in Inches. ex. 6" , 6 1/2, 7", 7 1/2, etc. you don't need the 1/4 or 3/4 lines in there. Too many lines will cover too much of the cylinder and you won't be able to see inside well to watch your penis and make sure everything is ok.
Beginners Routine:
Apply some Vaseline or lube to your entire penis and round your penis and balls where the cylinder will sit.
Start by getting your penis hard before putting in into the cylinder.
Make sure all the pressure is off at this time.
This will give you a better stretch and over all better work out. You can watch some porn to keep you willie up.
After putting your now hard penis in the cylinder, increase the pressure slowly until you feel a nice stretch and it keeps your penis in the up position.
If you feel your penis starting to fall down a bit or loose hardness, you can increase the pressure a bit more to pull it back up again.
After every 10 minutes, take a short break to look at your penis and make sure there are no air blisters forming.
You can do six 10 minute sessions to give you an hour. Or if your penis is starting to feel uncomfortable you can do three 10 minutes sessions to give you a 30 minute workout.
After pumping for a while and building up the pressure slowly you might feel and uncomfortable feeling around the top of your balls where the cylinder will sit. If you feel this after pumping for a while, take a break and re-apply some Vaseline or lube around the base and on your penis again if needed.
Rest: The next day if you decide to pump, make sure you penis is not sore. If you penis feels a bit of discomfort when after you piss and you shake you penis up and down then skip a day until when you shake it, it feels normal again. If you need to take 2-3 days off or more then do so. This is very important, so don't skip this step. You need to let your penis heal fully before continuing or you will be waiting your time.
Air Blisters: These look like blisters but have nothing under the skin, it just forms a pocket bubble like a blister, and is cause from too much force of air or staying to long under these conditions.
How often to Pump?: You can pump every day, as long as you are not getting sore. If you are sore, do yourself a favor and take the rest you need to keep getting good results.
Healing time means growing time. The more time you give for your penis to heal, the faster your results will become. But I would recommend starting slow if you are just beginning by doing it maybe 2-3 times a week or until your penis becomes accustom to the stress you are putting on it, where you can do longer sessions.
Pro Routine:
I do a 3 hour sessions in my routines.
I start by applying Vaseline or lube to keep my penis from drying and from wind burn.
I find that Vaseline works the best and it's cheap and easy to get at Wal-Mart or a dollar store.
Put on some porn or whatever you do to get hard and slide it in the cylinder.
I like to sit up in the bed so I can watch TV and put a pillow behind the cylinder so that it will stand up straight wit out me holding it the whole time.
I slowly build up the pressure till I get to my current size.
After about 10 minutes I will increase the pressure again to get almost at the half mark.
In between this building up session I would watch my penis close for discolorations or abnormalities such as air blisters or blood blisters.
I will take short breaks in between these 3 hour session to re-apply Vaseline or lube to my penis and balls to keep it from drying out and to check to see that everything is fine.
At the end of my 3 hour session I will have increase my penis 1" bigger in length and about 1/2" in thickness.
I will hold that size for almost 1 hour in it's entirely, keeping a close eye on it and taking very short breaks. My breaks only last the time it takes to re-apply lube if needed or just to take a look at it and make sure all is good and that I'm not feeling any funny pains that I should not be feeling.
I will do this session at least twice a week, sometimes 3 times a week if my penis does not get sore. I just started again the other day and I did it two days straight, but after the 2nd day I could feel the soreness so I took off 3 days. I'm now ready to start another session again.
I started pumping a long time ago, but had to quit when my stuff got burned up in the fire.
I finally got a new one and now I'm starting again. When I first started out, I was just learning, so I had to come up with what works best for me over that period of time.
