Hey guys, I just got my X4 Labs extender today. This is my first time using an extender. I can't get it to work.. I've tried both ways of securing it, but it just doesnt work for me... I would say my head is kinda small compared to my shaft size when flaccid. I think this is the main reason its not working. Like its pretty uncomfortable and I have to secure it tight otherwise it'll slip off. And it kinda squeezes the bottom of my head and just doesnt really work. Anybody else have this problem? I cant return it bc i already opened it so I dont know what to do..

Use less tension so you can strap in looser. Anytime you have pain or discoloration on the head within minutes means your strap is too tight. If it has to be that tight to avoid slipping off tension is too high. I recommend for the first 10-15 hours wear the extender with no tension just to get hsed to.putting it on and wearing it. This way you will see just how loose that strap can actually be.
