Extenders and sex

Hello gentlemen,

Thanks again for all of your help. I was wondering how long one should wait before having sex if they use an extender the same day? I just ordered an extender and was wondering if I am supposed to take a break for two days to let my penile tissue heal or if I can have sex the same day of using a penis extender.

I'd say let it rest for a hour or two first. And make sure its not already over worked.

No Jmack!! I think you must take a rest for couple of days and let the damage tissue to regenerate and let it to be healed, otherwise it will damage your tissue more than earlier.

There's no point in doing PE if your not going to use it for sex.

I have sex with my women at least 7-9 times a week and i'm seeing gains from my extender and PE. Just don't do it right after your work outs and your golden.

You might want to lay off of it for the 1st week or two though. But after that your golden again baby!

I extended 10 hours per day for 3 months straight and never let it interfere with my sex life. Extenders don't cause damage, they coax cells into dividing. There is really no healing to worry about interrupting, just go do your thing

I have been extending for over two years. I often extend when I wake up in the morning and regularly have sex within 10 to 15 minutes following a session. Keeping it erect after a session allows mitosis to begin while my dick is elongated. I also usually pump it up between the end of the extending session and the beginning of sex. This protocol alows us to enjoy the maximum benefits of my PE routines.

Wait until you feel ready (15 minutes to half an hour, say) and go for it. Shouldn't be a problem.

my experience is that they tire the weenie a bit..I have noticed some inability to attain and maintain an erection...I think its more pronounced with heavy hanging...this imo is a small temporary tradeoff for a pornstar dong.....if you know your gonna bang your girl on a certain day, I would do a very light work out the day before and do nothing in the hours before the sex..
