My EQ, and I'm pretty sure of it.
Even when I edge, I just feel like I'm not as hard as I could be. I feel thicker than I used to, so I know the gains are there, but my EQ really varies itself.
I've tried Kingpole's erection tea; that didn't work for me. Then I tried mixing green tea with horny goat weed...all that did was basically increase my load size. I kegal 5 days a week, usually with this kind of routine: 20 kegals with a 2-3 second hold for each, 5 kegals where I hold for 10 seconds, then 60 quick pulsing kegals. I'm pretty sure I'm doing them right since it's the same contracting motion (I'm pretty sure) I use to stop the flow of urine.
Unlike most people who kegal to help build up an erection, if I kegal while erect, I will begin to lose my erection.
I'm about to try cayanne pepper, but to be honest, I want to be able to achieve massive erections without help by things like cayanne pepper.
Any suggestions?

How about doing "Towel Raises". They're advanced erect kegels where you place a towel on your penis and raise and lower it against resistance. You could also consider using herbal erectors or Ginkgo to improve blood flow.

Hrm, I've heard of Towel Raises but never did them before. What's a good routine to start off with them?

One set after your regular PE workout is good to start with. Do NOT work this exercise to exhaustion to start with. Find a challenging but comfortable rep scheme and work up from there.

Five day a week kegels are WAY too much. You need to heal!!! Its'a skeletal muscle, like a bicep. You let that thing heal! You're not supposed to work out 5 days a week.
Gains come with EQ. Trust me, kegel 3 days a week at most. Heal your pelvic floor muscles.
Here is what you need (I take this myself):
-Protein Shakes
-Ginkgo Biloba 60mg (24% Flavonglycoside, 6% Terpene Lactone)
-Korean Ginseng 50mg
-L-Arginine
-Erection tea
You will have major erections, I promiss. Ginkgo is probably the only supplement that actually increased bloodflow for me. I REALLY feel the difference. I didn't get that with anything else. Btw, I bought my Ginkgo from a REALLY trusted company. I paid a lot more than what other brands charge.Starting stats: October 15th, 2008 - NBPEL: 6.25' EG: 5.00'
Current stats October 15th, 2009 - (100% erection) NBPEL: 7.20' EG: 5.375'

Don't forget that EQ is sometimes mental too. RIB, are you a stressed-out person, as in, right now?
Like Radio, I also believe you are kegeling too much. I personally kegel every day, but only between 30 and 50 a day and they are soft squeezes. I often find myself kegeling out of pure habit. But slow down on your kegels.

Hrmm...didn't know I could have been overtraining my PC muscle...I'll tone it down to three days a week (probably Monday, Wed, Fri). I'll also look into some of that Ginkgo too!
PEGuy: I wouldn't say I'm stressed out really...just normal, really. As for the porn...I am a cold-turkey detox right now. So far, it's been one week without looking at porn...I must say it's a really hard thing to do when I got nothing else to do (idle hands are the devil's work, eh?)
