Thread: ballooning/kegal workout/weighted kegal workout after hanging?

    so ive moved to progressive hanging my top end wieght is 14 pounds. after 3 sets i spend maybe 30-60 mins ballooning/kegal workout. my kegal muscle is so strong that ive been useing a 1 pound wieght with a padded loop and hanging it on my shaft and doing an erect kegal for 5 seconds. i do about 100 of them prob total. my question is, are kegal workouts and or ballooning counter productive after hanging?

    Not at all. It is always good to work your PC muscles and it will not harm your hanging, in fact it will help by keeping blood flow at an optimum level when you are done.

    thats what i was thinking, but i just felt like it was being counter productive because hanging loosens everything inside and kegaling seems to tighten everything up that was my only train of thought.

    If you are doing towel raise ,in this case with 1 lb, I suggest reverse towel raise .

    This would be the way to build up the bulbospongiosus muscle I guess. I remember chunky1 was someone who had this muscle developed, and it makes a penis tough looking. I don't remember anyone talking about kegels and towel raises for gaining base girth. What do you reckon Peg? Is this something obvious I've missed?

    reverse towel raises? i try to work reverse kegals but its just so much harder for me to target it and make them have a good workout

    Lie on your back use rk to lift towel away from body ,reverse towel raise .
    Have had a report or 2 of towel raises causeing gains they can certainly raise eq.

    so lie on my back and put the towel where exactly on the side of my penis faceing away from my body or the side faceing towards. and do i have my penis pointed towards my legs or how it is regularly when erect which is pointing up. im pretty unclear of what ur trying to say. am i basically just trying to put the wieght on my penis and push it upalmost like a penis bench press or amd i trying to raise it while sitting down
