how often should i use bathmate?

just what my title says ha how often should i incorporate my bathmate into my normal PE schedule?

I use mine more or less everyday, I reckon at least 3 days a week, and up to everyday for 20mins. Its more a habit I am in now, everytime I shower I use it. Simple and fun!

i notice it is harder to get an erection the day after using bathmate though is that pretty normal due to penis fatigue? i just wanna make sure im not injuring myself in any way you know>?
