Thread: Pumping with Jelqing...

Greetings!
I am new to the forum but I have been following it for a while I am 40 years old.
Started my PE routine about 2 months ago (did it for the first time 12 years ago when I came across "jojido" on the internet...ended up being some rudiments of jelq...I gave up before any results).
So far I have had no results...but I am going to work on it for at least one year...if after that no real results....I will give up.
I am about to add pumping to my routine.
I have seen it explained in many ways....before jelq...after...what do you guys advise?
I plan on starting with 3 sets of 5min at a max pressure of 5. Increasing gradualy to 3 sessions of 10min. 3-4 times per week.
Right now I am doing my PE routine 5 days on 1 day off.
Can I expect results that will remain for more than 10min after sessions?
Any words please?

Hello Vikk, welcome to the Gym and I am 48 been into my PE adventure for about 5 years now with some good results and learning lessons. Defiantly keep with the jelqs and I notice you did not talk about any stretches, I think would be a good idea to add into your workouts. If you are adding into pumping into your workouts I would in the beginning do them after a warmup with a jelq session to get yourself ready to pack the tube. You did not talk about which pump you are going to add to your mix, I use both dry and wet pumps in my workouts. Your plan is ok to begin with but you must pay attention for any painful feelings of your pump session and a max pressure (or correctly is vacuum) is not to be broken. In the beginning you may want to use a cock sleeve placed just under your glan as this area tends to increase with fluid faster then other area of your dick during a pump session. In between your sets you may want to do a quick jelq session to keep fluid build up to a minimum till your dick gets use to the pumping. And 5 days on with 1 day off is good method if you can fit that into your schedule on a consistent basis. Let me know if I can be of anymore help in your journey.

What works for me is to pump for ten minutes or so, and then jelq to reduce the
swelling and the edema. Keep alternating between pumping (ten minutes) and then
jelqing (ten minutes).
I think a 5 is kind of high for long pumping intervals. I would not go any higher than a 4.
5 and higher will result in too much fluid build-up.Going411by7 (I was a grower; now I'm a shower).

Now you left me with a couple of questions...
Is it bathmate more efective than dry pumping?
safer?
it seems to me that having everyday showers of 20min unpractical...unless it is really efective!!!
It seems to me that the principle is the same...at least the practical efect on the penis should be the same....but I am new to the subject!!
Please let me know your thoughts

I believe Bathmate works well for those who have the time to remain near water during their sessions. Traditional pumping is much more practical for those who want to pump anywhere.
