Will penimaster support a small flaccid?

Most extenders will fit a stretched flaccid length of 4 inches. I do not know about Penimaster, but X4 offers a special mounting head which accommodates stretched flaccid lengths of 3 to 3.5 inches.

I can't help you with the penimater but i'm pretty sure the x4 deluxe is 3.75 inches high without adding bars.
What size is your stretched Flacid?

for reference:
The rod system of PeniMasterPRO
for length 2" to 10".
