    hi guys,
    i got a BM 1.5 month ago, in the first week i did 2 sessions for each day 20 mins for a session. and i decrease to 1 session/day after forst week till now coz i think that may too much for me.
    the problem is i did feel my EQ was going down after 1st week of BM, but i thought the EQ down by my life stress(some of girl relationship at that time),this stress just for couples of days and gone far away already.
    however, the EQ still getting worse.
    and then i lost my night&morning wood from 2 days ago totally! you know how sad of my heart!!
    is that because of BM? dose anyone have the experiences about the EQ by using BM?
    here is my PE routine:
    15-20mins warm water BM with 80-95% of suction
    100-120 jelqs with 70% EL
    10 mins basic stretch
    10 mins kegels
    5 mins warm down

    Hello flemington, I have a quick question for you if you have conditioned yourself prior to using the BM. If not your EQ could be from fatigue on yourself. And the 2 sessions a day could big a big part of your EQ, good call on backing off to one session per day. How long have you been PE working out, or how often meaning days of rest vs days of PE working out? Some like 2 days on with 1 day off or 5 days on 2 days off. Workouts are important but so is recovery, growth does happen just not over night. Are you using your BM as a warm up device? You may want to use a rice sock or electric heating pad for your warm ups. Then go into your stretches then jelq's and then BM time and you can work on your kegels with your BM on. Then after your BM maybe 50 jelq's more for circulation after BM then to your warm down. Sorry for all the "then's above lol, good luck in your workouts.
