    Hey guys, I've got two questions:

    1. Has anyone had better gains from "healing while stretched". I.e. traction or hanging with big force followed by wearing a light weight to keep the penis elongated?

    2. Has anyone had good gains from wearing a light weight (say 1/4 to 1/2 lb) all day?

    I've been extending for 8 hours after my hanging sessions and I believe it's beneficial, though time well tell. I have seen others report great results with this method.

    As far as light weight hanging, 1/4 - 1/2 lbs would be too light IMO. If I were going to experiment with this, I'd look more in the 1-2 lb. range, as its well documented through extender studies to have positive results

    I'm using an extender (andropenis) and I've had good results with it but it's bulky and can get uncomfortable. I suppose I was really looking for something unobtrusive that I could wear all day to augment my extender sessions. I heard of some guy (BigGirtha?) wearing smaller weights all day (while jogging and working) and getting amazing length gains quickly.

    A cheap way to experiment to see if you like it is to just buy a cheap pad lock and close it around your penis just behind the coronal ridge (I think Big Al pioneered this, but I can't remember). It might take some trial and error to find the exact right size

    I've ordered something like this PENIS ENLARGEMENT WEIGHT HALF POUNDER SINGLE.BEST QUALITY AND VALUE to complement my andropenis sessions. It seems well made and easy to use and stretches me just beyond EL. I'll try it out and report back.

    I am doig a pumpig routine and cant go Bib style while doing this but I am goig to be usig my wech again with a 3 lb hag for log sessios. I can hang that light weight without clampig the wench so in effect it becomes an ADS.

    Im a big believer in time under tension. I never go above 10lbs which is fairly light for me, been going strong for over 2 yrs now. The lighter, the longer, the better.

    There are several posts about using the What A Grip product for extended healing or all-day use. I've started my hanging routine and will be using the What A Grip (in the mail now). I'll happily post results after a month or two.

    Guys i grew .75 inches in three weeks. Most of the time I was hanging a steel nut ( a couple ounces max ) " all day". great technique. I used to do three heavy hang sessions , now I do one every other day. Or one good pump sesh after.

    Here's the breakdown IMO:
    Light light hangs for a long time like an hour + should be added to ones routine and one set of heavier hanging or pumping or jelqs removed in turn

    Light hangs can warm up, stretch, deform, active recover, or loosen your dick.
    Whatever might be missing, it fills the gray areas fatigue wise.
    It becomes the thing your dick needs it to be at that particular time


    And you won't overtrain as easily if you replace a strenuous excersize for this mellow one.

    Ask for more detailed advice if you wanna know more, I really like this technique.

    Yup I used/still use a small POLISHED ( smooth all around) stainless ramshackle, ( c shaped, with threaded pin to undo and release ) just a few ounces, but that thing is my best friend, I put hours in- hanging with it on. Great ADS! Use a prewrap or toilet paper to keep snug fit. Right where the shaft meets the head. Surprisingly comfy, I work construction with it on every day no probs.

    ( shave and use a touch of baby oil or water to slip on and off smoother )

    I occasionally undo the pin and add a few more heavy steel nuts on a short cord loop to hang with.

    Highly valued gaining technique for me.
