I do a usual wet jelq, and as my fingers reach the glan I use my second hand to grip the base. However, instead of removing my first hand which is at the glan I do a kegel, then release my top hand. I have been doing 200 or so a day. I am very new at this but I am not injuring myself, and I am not causing red spots or anything. When I see my penis pump up between my two grips, I have to believe that my glan gets a real nice shot of blood when I release the top hand (as well as the whole shaft) as my second hand moves up to displace that blood. Can I be injuring myself and not know it? Like I said, I am experiencing no discomfort at all or seeing any visible signs of trauma. My BPEL is 7" and my EG is 5 3/4". I am not huge by any stretch of the imagination, but this is my start size since I never attempted PE's before. I only mention my size because I don't know if it makes a difference regarding this particular form of jelqing. Is this a good jelq or should I just be doing normal ones?

Just use a soft grip and slow the jelq down to 5 or more seconds. 7" by 5 3/4 is on the rather large size by any standard. If ylou think you afe injuring yourself lighten up the grip even more. Keep jelqing and stretching in the pleasure zone. When it becomes a chore you will not see gains.

The jelq is a good exercise- especially for beginners- because you really have to work at overdiong it to hurt yourself.
