Hmm, I did some searching on these studies and found some articles about it, it's interesting that while some of these doctors support the conclusion that extenders work, the consensus on pumps and girth work is that it simply does not. Maybe some University should study the guys on this site! Only half joking here... what a way to turn the mainstream on its head
