Hanging vs extending

Which would you guys say is the most effective? Im torn on which one to go for. Things im currently looking at are the bib hanger, malehanger, x4 labs extender and size genetics. Thanks in advance.

Since people respond to having better and some respond better to extending. I'd get both if I were you so you can see what you respond best to. You might find that you like doing both in your routine, or you can cycle back and forth every few months for some variety.

If I had to pick just one though, I would probably go with a bib hanger as it's cheap, effective and takes the last amount of time per day for results. (Though to be fair, extender time isn't really active PE time)

He means than hanging takes the least amount of time of the two methods, in that you might hang for 3 lots of 20 minutes a day, one hour in total, (lets say an hour and a half including set up time etc). However, you can't do much other than sit there and let your penis hang, so you can do a few things that involve sitting down such as being on the computer etc, but not much else.

With extending, you may need to extend upwards of 8 hours a day if you are a hard gainer, and this will probably involve about 9 hours including set up time, but you can do a few more active things with an extender, like going to your local shop to buy a paper, or whatever, so you have a bit more freedom but you are involved with doing penis enlargement for a lot longer time over the duration of the day.

Try searching for "sock hanger." it is an inexpensive way to test whether or not you are into hanging.

Stealth hanging requires at least an hour of total privacy whereas stealth extending only requires privacy during setup because it can be worn under clothing.

I personally found hanging to be more productive, but I had to quit due to the privacy issue.

I hang and find things to do while hanging like the dishes or folding laundry, if seated I will do some of my billing related chores. I also hang and play at the PEGym! I would extnd if not for being in construction.

The penimasterPro is the most highly recommended extender, but it is quite expensive - in the area of $350. The VacExtender KR4 is a good deal for $139 plus shipping. However, both these devices use vacuum techniques to hold onto you glans which can cause bruising and possible blisters if not mounted properly.

IF you prefer non vacuum devices, i would suggest getting a "traditional" extender that accommodates both noose and strap on the mounting device. I was pleased with my x4labs, but there are other quality extenders which others can comment on.

Im also in construction BigO but I think I might get an extender and give it a go. Why do you think that it would get in your way while at work? Im pretty sure I do like the exact opposite of what you do though.
