    If you have been using the Bib Hanger for some time, and have made some good gains and desire more but find yourself at a serious plateau, rotate into the fulcrum as described below:

    Typically for size gains I will encourage the student to hang straight down ( SD) and between the cheeks(BTC) until a substantial plateau is reached and then switch to fulcrums; this process could take as much as a couple of years as a function of the increased size desired. SD and BTC emphasizes the ligaments primarily and secondarily the tunica. The fulcrum focuses on the tunica elongation and size increase.
    A fulcrum can be performed by purchasing a mailer cylinder from your post office (the type for large page rolled up documents). The cylinder size that may be best fit would be approx. 2 to 2.5 inches, or your best choice of diameter. You can get several sizes. Take soft cloth such as face towel and secure to the cylinder. With the Bib attached, position your penis over the cylinder using about 50% less weight. Per the glans, as you attach the hanger, squeeze the glans to minimize blood pressure which particularly becomes more important when you position yourself over the cylinder. Even with this you will get increased blood pressure in the glans, which is not a problem- just be mindful of this while performing fulcrums and in general.
    The tube should rest across my upper thighs with ventral(bottom) surface of penis base over themid portion of the mailer, Bib attached in normal way and weight hanging straight down or it can be associated with a pulley.
    Both methods are used, one with the weights hanging straight down putting a bit more downward "sheer" stress on the penis; the one using a pulley I feel is a little more comfortable. You set up the pulley method on you desk by attaching a small clamp to the desk and with nylon twine, attach the small pulley (can be purchased as such places as Home Depot, etc.) . The pulley setup is about penis level with more straight out vector force. The penis will still bend per its position on the cylinder, but not as pronounced. Try both. You can also adjust the pulley such that it is below your penis creating more of a downwardpull. These are angles to experiment with and see which one(s) you prefer.

    what are your opinions on over the shoulder hanging after you've maximized your ligament gains? I've also heard some stuff about OTS fulcrum hanging too, what are your thoughts on the matter?

    Any chance you can take a pic or have a pic of what this should look like? (See the non bold underlined text above) Seems to me that placing the tube across the tube of your thighs would require a rather long penis to begin with. BTW...I have several close friends that went to Tulane, i love the campus and New Orleans too (Its hard not to like NOLA lol)

    I have found the Fulcrum to be the most effective to rotate to, when compared to the other angles OTC. The Fulcrum is very effective in tunica elongation/stretching.

    Look at it this way, place the cylinder over your thighs when seated in a chair, than your penis with the Bib Hanger over the cylinder, than attach weights slowly when starting off with very light weight much less than 50% of your SD weight to get the feel of it. than you can start adding weight.

    Visualize it this way, if still not clear I will get a picture. The cylindrical mailer found at your post office should be approx. 2 feet long, and any where from 1.5 to 2.5" diameter. Roll/place the cylinder such that it is touching your scrotum, place your penis over the mailer of appropriate diameter for your penis size with the Bib Hanger attached, than slowly add light weight. The back part of the hanger skids will contact the mailer on the other side, while your penis shaft will come in contact with the top of the mailer. Tulane has a gorgeous campus, I was at the Medical School downtown most of the time in the Biochemistry Department and also School of Public Health. My doctoral studies/dissertation was on Vitamin C and wound healing. Along those lines I strongly recommend Vitamin C for you overall health plus a good multiple vitamin mineral- a discussion for another day.

    I have a question for you Dr. Ric,

    I tried the PVC pipe at 2.00 inches the other day and I did this seated. Then the next day I made an RSDT fulcrum and used it for two sets. I was under the impression that the RSDT would be much more intense but to be honest I felt much more from using the PVC pipe than I did with the RSDT.

    I felt more in the ligaments and in the tunic and I didn't even have the hanger skids digging in to create a second fulcrum angle with the PVC pipe, I just laid my wang over it and it was literally a super duper a-stretch for 15 minutes.

    I am curious if you have used an RSDT fulcrum and found it to be as over rated as I felt it was cause so far between the two I would choose the plain old PVC pipe. Your thoughts?
