According to the website (http://ihavebeenremovedbyBigO.com they ship international and the device cost 20,000 rubles... which is 665 US dollars as I found a la a quick google search. I used a russain-to-english website browser for translation. Still wish I understood what was being said in the video. Can anybody help us out?
