I had been doing JP's 90 day program. I finished it, and i was noticing that since it seemed so repetetive, i was loosing interest towards the middle/end. I want something with switch ups, keep me occupied. I tried this last night.
Standard 5 direction streches, 25 second hold with kegels
1 set full rotating strech, 10 reps left hand
" " 10 reps right hand
2 sets of A bends, one with each hand 30 second hold
2 sets of Internal Streches, alternate hands 30 second hold
2 sets of internal shaft streches, alternate hands 30 second hold
50 double jelqs
This next exercise i found in another post but i cannot find it again. You take around a 65% erect penis, grip 1 inch below head, and bend to the side. Grip with other hand at the base, and sqeeze firmly with both hands. Then, push the hands together and hold. Its kind of like a static side jelq. I had a lot of veins popping out, and acutally a few of them broke... (is this bad?). I did 1 set on each side held for 30 seconds.

critique please, and be cruel, i just want gains i dont care if my routine needs some major tune ups. Oh and yes i do a warm up in the shower using very hot water in a cup held over the penis for about 6 mins while i shower.
