i PE 2 on, 1off, for about 1 hour and 10 minutes each session (manual stretches and jelq). I just bought my first pump, so I wonder: should i continue my routine as it is and add the BM to it (extra time) or should i change my routine to incorporate it?
Should I keep my resting days or should i pump everyday?
