    I suppose the reason i increase the weights slowly over time allows the tissues to condition to the weights and HG. Everytime I increase the weight I up the HG.

    What are others doing?

    Are you just say attaching hanger and pumping to 10hg the hanging 10lbs? Then hang 10lbs for as long as possible until fatigue sets in?

    Yes... the primary reasons for slow incremental increases in weight is to allow your penis time to develop tissue conditioning that is blister resistant and to give your penis time to adapt to the stresses of weight hanging. To jump right in at 10 lbs. would be detrimental, it would cause too much stress. It would be like trying to bench press 300 lbs. the first day you started working out with weights, or trying to run a 26 mile marathon the first day you decided to become a distance runner.
    You must allow yourself time progress to each level of training.

    The amount of Hg vacuum pressure used is variable. I always recommend using as little as possible to hold the weight on. Generally speaking 1 Hg for every pound of weight. However once you get up above the 10 lb. range, I don't recommend using more than 10-12 Hg's of vacuum. It really shouldn't be necessary to use more vacuum pressure. I have found that I can hang between 12-18 lbs of weight without ever using more than 12 Hg's of vacuum.

    Fatigue can be achieved at low weights, and as you progress and no longer get fully fatigued and any given weight, then you can add a couple more pounds. Just remember this isn't a contest to see how much weight you can hang, more isn't always better. Learn how to recognize and achieve fatigue at the lower end of the weight scale before you start going heavier.

    I finally feel like I reached fatigue.
    Here is my routine.

    10 min warmup under med heat heating pad
    7 min bundled to the left at 7.5lbs
    7 min bundled to the left at 7.5lbs
    10 min fulcrum at 7.5lbs
    15 minutes with 16.25lbs
    25 minutes with 13.75lbs
    Total time is between 70 and 75 minutes
    I use the heating pad half the time while hanging
    10 minutes of hard stretching in all directions under the heating pad.

    I'm doing a two day on one day off routine.

    Any suggestions?

    I wanted to do some jelking to increase bloodflow but jelking leads to masterbation for me. I have a bathmate but didn't want my roommates thinking I'm playing with myself in the shower (lol) so I never used it. But I'll try to get a couple sets in a week.

    Sounds like you're a young guy...
    If jelqing arouses you too much and you feel the need to masturbate, then do it and jelq afterwards.

    I'm actually middle aged but somehow I look 10 years younger. I've always been addicted to sex, the more I get the more I want. I can masterbate 10 times a day lol.

    I gave it and porn up about year ago. Well almost, I just do it once ever 14 days and try to make it as less pleasurable as possible.

    I want to recondition myself so whenever I do have sex again I won't have any performance issues. It's mostly in my head because of my size.

    I can have sex all day with a girlfriend that I'm fully comfortable with.
