I started using my LG Hanger this week and I noticed that not only do I feel fatigue in my ligaments from the BTC stretch, but also my shaft seems fatigued as well. The fatigue reminds me of when I used an extender for the shaft and hanging for the ligaments. It has been about three days and I am seriously impressed.
I had to start out with five pounds and not three as recommended. I have plenty of pumping and hanging experience so this was expected. With the bib I was not able to hang BTC comfortably, but now this is not a problem. I am hoping to maximize my ligaments gains by the end of Spring.
Anyhow, having the ability to hang for hours without pain or discomfort is fantastic especially when I can finish with a pumping session. Yesterday I was able to hang for four hours without a problem and the day before 3 1/2 hours. Both days ended with a great pumping session.
I woke up today with a huge hang and girth that only a great pumping session can give.
Kudos to the makers of the LG Hanger! I am NOT easily impressed.PE is a lot like sex. First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.

Well my LG hanger has arrived. Tried it out earlier and it seems to be comfortable for extendable hanging sessions.
Any tips?Mighty oaks from little acorns grow!

Would there be any negative effects from increasing the hg substantially (3-4 hg)?
I'm up to over 18 lbs, but I'm only using 14.5 hg. I get a little pullback and I was wondering if it's okay to just go up to 18 hg all at once. Otherwise, I'll just slowly increase 1/2 hg every day or so.Mid 2006 ≈5 NBPEL -----> Mar 2011 >7" NBPEL

Baba_Booey,
When you say you use 14.5 hg, does this mean you pump to that hg then add the weight? or does it mean that thats the hg you are actually hanging the weight at?
Thanks

I slowly pump up to 14.5 hg, then add weight. I never have the pump hooked up when I attach the weight, so I don't know what the hg goes up to, but I have tried before and the hg didn't increase that much.
Actually, the whole 1 hg for every 1 pound thing might be the hg after the weight is applied, not the hg you pump up to.
I went from 14 hg to 14.5 hg and noticed a little extra puffiness (the weight was only 2 oz more than previous day, so puffiness was the result of the extra 1/2 hg).
I'll just wait until my soft tissues condition (should be a few days), then increase 1/2 hg, and continue this process until any pullback is eliminated. My glans doesn't move much, so I should be pretty close to an hg that eliminates any movement.Last edited by Baba_Booey; 12-15-2013 at 02:39 AM.

I don't recommend more than an hour with heavy weight (anything above 5 lbs).
As for how much pressure is needed to hold heavier poundages.... I have been using 15 lbs with 10-15 hg.
I had another long time customer/user just text me some pics of himself hanging 23 lbs with 15 - 18 hg., and happy as a kid in a candy shop - sez he has gained 1/4" in length & girth in the past 6 months. He has been hanging for 3 years.
For those guys who are veteran PE users and former BiB Hangers or still BiB Hangers, you guys can graduate to multiple heavy sessions per day. It's intuitive.... only you can know if you are ready to handle the progression.
If you feel any pain in you meatus (pee hole) that's an indication a blister is about to happen! Red Flag fellas!
On Sunday I did a warm up of 5 lbs for and hour, then I did 10 lbs for a hour. Took a 15 minute break, and then did two back to back sessions of 180* degree bundled twists with 10 lbs for 30 minutes, one left and one right.
I could really feel the fatigue set in, and at the end of the evening my root was sore, but the good kind of sore, not pain. I took Monday off and only hung light weight of 4 lbs for a hour.
Today I plan to go heavier - 15 lbs.
Right now I am still testing the waters, as I had a hernia surgery in Oct. 2012 (over-swinging while golfing). So if I feel a lower abdomen tug, I back off. Common sense! You got to listen to your body!

So im looking to buy the LG as i currently use the BIB and am up to 12lb but as i circumcised i always get fluid build up and a pain after my sets where the bib attaches.
So i decided to look into vacuum hanging and hoping to hold a heavy weight for an hour or so comfortable as possible with no hurt on attachment point. The blisters have got me slightly worried though
My only question is as the vacuum cup attaches around the glands and pulls down, is the weight pulling on the ligaments or just the skin? The bib is a great workout as it compress the internals and pulls down lengthening more of the penis shaft.
If i grab my penis now with my hands and pull on the glands as hard as i can, what is actually getting stretched the most?
