    The ring i use is a thick, very soft and stretchable rubber-ring, I don´t think its nothing near real clamping.

    Using a cock ring to maintain a post-PE pump ios a good idea- just don't overdo it. You can also consider getting an adjustable leather ring for quick release (just in case).

    I've been thinking about adding a cock-ring to my routine actually. A question to those who've used them, what sort of percentage erection do you put them on at?

    I'm thinking I might put it on at the plump stage (as Al said) which I'd consider to be around 40%.

    The general principle is to keep your unit plumper for longer in the theory that it will (over time) be more inclined to be engorged.

    I'd be tempted to pop one on for 10-15 minutes after a PE session just to keep it nice and plump
