    it seems that i was too long not active at PEGYM and did not check what my colleagues are doing or better said: NOT doing.

    many of you write that emails are not answered or ignored and phone calls are not taken. That should definitely not happen!

    I will take that now into my hands and promise it will change!

    Please do me a favor, if your email was NOT answered, write the email again, insert JULIAN into subject, i will take care of your questions/concerns and replacements.

    I am truly sorry, that should not happen, the customer is KING and should always taken care of!

    I’m glad someone is finally helping, thanks. My phallosan plus is defective. The left tension screw is impossible to turn when you are wearing the base. Legit have to take a wrench to turn it. I emailed like 3 times and was ghosted. I paid like 100 bucks more for the PF package to include the plus and I cannot use it.
