  • New Pump

    Hi all,

Just got my new penis pump with a meter and it works a treat! I'm going to start some growth exercises. Are Techguy's exercises good to begin with?

Week 1: One 10 minute session per day
Week 2: One 15 minute session per day
Week 3: Two 10 minute sessions per day
Week 4: Two 15 minute sessions per day
Week 5: One 20 minutes session, one 10 min session, per day
Week 6: Two 20 minute sessions per day
Week 7: Three 20 minute sessions per day *

    * After a few months I settled on three 10 minute sessions per day and no pumping on weekends. Now I do only 5 - 8 minute sessions with more squeezes and jelking between them. I saw no difference in size gain as a result of long sessions.

Also, I see a lot of guides and instructions recommend being erect upon entering the cylinder, but do you have to maintain an erection throughout the time you are in the pump?

In my opinion, Techguy's routine is a good way to get started. After getting conditioned, I spent several years pumping for twenty minutes, twice a day at 5 hg. I also mixed in pulse pumping and Uli breaks. In addition, about once a week I would do a 45 minute session at 4 hg.

I don't follow the erect notion, my preference is go in limp.
We have a Pumping group, in my signature. I like longer sessions at lower "Hg.
